What To Include

When asking for support, include:

  • app version
  • iOS version
  • device model
  • short description of the issue
  • steps to reproduce
  • screenshots only if they do not contain sensitive financial data

What Not To Send

For privacy, do not send:

  • real CSV exports
  • real JSON backups
  • receipt photos
  • screenshots with amounts, names, notes, addresses or financial details
  • bank data
  • passwords
  • private household/person data

External Feedback

Users should redact sensitive information before sending feedback. Lifely cannot recover exported files deleted outside the app, and support cannot access local device data remotely.

If you need to report a bug, describe the issue without including sensitive financial data.

If you share screenshots, redact amounts, names, notes and receipt details.
